We love our close knit Taos community and enjoy hosting gatherings. We began offering farm to table dinners every Saturday during August and September in 2020. The property has a long history of hosting community gatherings. When the pandemic hit we all felt so isolated and we wanted to gather in small groups in the open air. The dinners came about to bring friends together in a protected outdoor environment with safe social distancing, healthy comfort food and the warmth of friends. We offered farm fresh meals prepared by various chefs in Taos with food from the farm as well as from other local farms.

Come and enjoy fresh organic food straight from the ground to your plate within hours. It doesn’t get more fresh than that! Entertainment is provided as well from our favorite local cellist, Mark Dudrow, to bumping DJ music and dancing after dinner in our barn. And you will get to experience our amazing sunsets all at the same time. Good vibes!

This project was inspired by an event I attended while living in Nevada City, California called Pollys Paladar. It was a dinner club where invited guests were paired with people who didn’t know each other and enjoyed high end cuisine prepared by top chefs out of San Francisco and Oakland. It was an underground event and you had to be invited. It was a fabulous success.

We are looking forward to expanding the dinner events in 2021 and offering menus from a wide range of regional chefs including food from Cerro Vista Farm (Cerro, NM ), Morning Star Farm (Arroyo Seco, NM), and Salazar Meats (Manassa, CO) as well as our own.

Join us to reserve your next adventure.
